Hyderabad: Is T Harish Rao contesting from Medak Lok Sabha constituency to accompany with TRS supremo K Chandrashekhar Rao in fulfilling his mission Federal Front? Going by the latest news on WhatsApp spreading viral, it seems so. The WhatsApp news stating Tanniru Srinitha, wife of Harish Rao, will contest from Siddipet by-election, posted by R Ramya Rao, TRS spokesperson and daughter of KCR’s brother, is going viral on the social media.
Ramya Rao’s WhatsApp message says “Tanniru Srinitha may contest as TRS MLA candidate in by-election in Siddipet constituency in next four months.”
The speculation is rife over Harish Rao’s MP candidature as he was not invited in the review meetings on irrigation projects. Harish Rao was not even accompanied with Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekhar Rao’s visit to Kaleshwaram project. Harish Rao had been associated and monitoring the project works ever since the ground-breaking ceremony of Kaleshwaram project and other irrigation schemes took off after formation of Telangana statehood. These developments further give speculation that Harish Rao was not given any ministry.
Harish Rao has been looking after KCR’s Gajwel constituency also on behalf of the chief minister.
Harish Rao set a new record in the countrhy by securing 1,31,295 votes from Siddipet constituency in the Assembly elections held in December 2018.
