Allu Arjun’s patriotic drama Naa Peru Surya, which released last Friday, showed no signs of improvement in the collections after taking a slow start at overseas box office.
After an underwhelming start with $ 389K from its first day including Thursday premiers, the Vakkantham Vamshi directional couldn’t post strong figures on Saturday due to below par reviews and weak word of mouth.
With Saturday’s $ 169K, the tally has surpassed the half a million mark in overseas, but it will struggle to touch the Million dollar mark.
Despite Allu Arjun’s powerful performance, the lackluster narration has proved to be a big liability for the film.
