Tamil superstar Suriya will have two releases this year – ’24’ and ‘S3’. Having wrapped up the shoot for 24, he is currently busy shooting for S3 which is the third installment of the popular Singam franchise. The shooting is progressing at a brisk pace and the makers are planning to release the film for Dusheera.
After a brief schedule in Vizag, the unit moved to Nellore to shoot some crucial scenes. This schedule will continue till the end of this month and the unit will be back in Vizag for the next schedule. The story of the film is set against the backdrop of Andhra Pradesh and the makers have decided to shoot majority of the film in Vizag.
Shruti Haasan and Anushka are playing the female leads and Hari is directing the film. Harris Jayraj is scoring the tunes.
