Koratala Siva to Direct Akhil

Akkineni scion Akhil is desperate to make amends with his second outing after his debut film tanked heavily at the box office. He teamed up with Vikram Kumar for a romantic entertainer titled Hello which is backed by Annapurna Studios.

According to the latest reports, Akhil will next team up with blockbuster director Koratala Siva for his third film. Reportedly, Koratala has readied an apt script that will suit Akhil’s mannerisms perfectly. It is believed that the film will also mark the return of producer Giri who last bankrolled NTR’s Andhrawala.

If everything goes as per plans, Akhil and Koratala Siva will commence this project in mid next year. The Srimanthudu and Janatha Garage director is currently busy wrapping up Mahesh Babu’s Bharat Ane Nenu. He was also supposed to work with Ram Charan and Allu Arjun. But, Akhil’s film might commence before these two projects.
