Stylish star Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya was announced to hit the screens on April 27th 2018 on the day when it went on floors. However, when the makers of Mahesh Babu’s undershoot film Bharat Anu Nenu have locked the same date and made an official announcement recently, there were speculations in the media that Naa Peru Surya might be pushed to a later date in order to avert box office clash.
But, it looks like the box office tussle is inevitable on April 27th. Bunny Vas, one of the close associates of Geetha Arts and a co-producer of Naa Peru Surya, has reiterated that there is no change in the film’s release date. While interacting with media in Hyderabad, he made an official statement that Naa Peru Surya will hit the screens on April 27th.
So, it looks the makers of both these films have decided to go ahead with their promise to audience and release the films on the same date.
Let’s wait and see if one of these producers rethink and allow some breathing space for their films to perform or else they stick to their statements and lock horns at the box office on the same date.
