It is now loud and clear that Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan is going to play a crucial role in Chiranjeevi’s upcoming magnum opus ‘SyeRaa’ which narrates the story of unsung Telugu freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who hails from Kurnool.
While the makers are tight lipped about the different characters, it is learnt that Amitabh Bachchan will get a significant role in this film. Reportedly, Big B will be seen essaying the role of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy’s guru who played a vital role and inspired him to fight against the armed British forces.
Sources say that Amithab’s character has more weight and substance compared to the remaining roles and will have ample screen time in the second half of the film. It is heard that Amithab was very happy with the narration and gave the nod immediately.
Amitabh’s presence will be a huge advantage for the film to explore the market in Northern territories.
