In a major step toward reforming one of the most corrupt areas in government, chief minister Chandrababu Naidu’ s government is making issuance of building permission online. The removal of personal interaction is the salient feature of the integrated online building permission management system. All the 110 urban local bodies (ULB) will be brought under the Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-enabled integrated online building permission management system.
The Andhra Pradesh government sanctioned Rs 26.69 crore to Soft Tech Engineers Private Limited for the implementation of the ICT enabling integrated online building permission management system in ULBs.
As per the contract implementation of Information and Communication Technology enabling integrated online building permission management system will be completed in six months.
