The biopic of legendary actress Savitri has been in news ever since the film has been announced. Titled Mahanati, the film is said to present the important aspects that took place in the life of the veteran actress. Keerthy Suresh is the lead actress in the movie and Mohan Babu, Samantha, Dulquer Salman, Vijay Devarakonda have been assigned pivotal roles in the film which is directed by Nag Aswhin. A small video byte of Mahanati has been unveiled today on the occasion of Savitri’s birth anniversary.
The video byte starts off with the famous dialogues picked from Savitri’s movies on an interesting note. Keerthy Suresh’s look has not been unveiled in the released video and the film’s logo has been unveiled. The background score leaves everyone in surprise as it has been tipped with a mass touch. The audience have been left puzzled if Mahanati is a biopic or a mass entertainer. On the whole, the first look left many in surprise. The movie is bankrolled by Vyjayanthi Movies and it has been slated for March 29th 2018 release.
