After rewriting all the box office records, SS Rajamouli‘s epic fantasy Baahubali has created a stupendous record by registering an unprecedented TRP for its first premier in MAA TV.
It is well known that the television rights of all versions of this visual spectacle were bagged by various popular TV channels across the country. MAA TV has acquired the Telugu version rights for a hefty price and the first premier was aired last Saturday. Millions of people from the Telugu states witnessed this magnum opus on the small screen.
It is learnt that the movie has recorded a TRP between 35-40, beating all the previous records by a huge margin. The exact number will be announced very soon. It is heard that the commercials that were aired between the film were priced at a huge amount.
