With Baahubali franchise turning out to be huge money spinners, the whole Indian cinema has been looking towards Tollywood. Many of the recent movies have fared extremely well in the neighboring states Tamil Nadu and Kerala. Now, Bhaagamathie which is made on a massive budget turned out hot in the trade. The movie which has been directed by G Ashok Kumar features Anushka Shetty in the lead role.
The Tamil theatrical rights of Bhaagamathie have been acquired by Studio Green for a record price of Rs 15 crores. UV Creations shares a close bonding with Studio Green and they have inked many interesting deals in the recent times. Bhaagamathie has been made on a massive budget of Rs 40 crores and the makers are expected a decent deal in Bollywood too. Bankrolled by UV Creations, Bhaagamathie is slated for January 26th 2018 release.
