Chiranjeevi shoots in ‘Rangasthalam’ village set

It is well known that Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam, set in the backdrop of Godavari hamlet, has been shot in a specially erected village set in Hyderabad. Now, Megastar Chiranjeevi is shooting in the same set for his upcoming film Syeraa.

Syeraa is a period film which retells the story of freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy who hails from Kurnool. Few scenes in the story are to be shot inside a village and director Surender Reddy and his team decided to re-use Rangasthalam sets which are erected in Hyderabad.

Actress Tamannaah, who is playing an important role, has joined the sets recently.

Produced by Ram Charan on Konidela Productions banner, the film has Nayanatara as the female lead.
