Dear Comrade stuns with its Theatrical Business

Tollywood’s young sensation Vijay Devarakonda is all set to test his luck during this summer with Dear Comrade. Debutant Bharat Kamma directed the film and Rashmika Mandanna is the female lead. Vijay Devarakonda’s uncle Yash Rangineni started the project after which Mythri Movie Makers joined the project and took the production responsibility of Dear Comrade. Now the makers are busy closing all the theatrical deals one by one.

Yash Rangineni got Ceeded and Nizam for his stake and sold the theatrical rights for Rs 11 crores. Veteran producer Chadalavada Srinivas Rao acquired the rights for this price and he again sold Nizam rights for Asian Cinemas recently. Mythri Movie Makers closed the Andhra theatrical rights at Rs 12 crores ratio for their regular distributors.

The rights of overseas, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Kerala will leave the makers in profits. In total, the business of Dear Comrade is expected to touch Rs 40 crore mark which is huge. The film releases on May 31st all over.
