Malayalam music composer Gopi Sundar composed chart buster albums in Telugu with Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Oopiri. But a series of musical flops left Gopi Sundar behind. The young composer is back to track with Vijay Devarakonda’s Geetha Govindam and the music album is an instant hit. The music too played a crucial role in the film’s success. When all the music lovers are quite confident on Gopi Sundar’s comeback, his next film Shailaja Reddy brought back doubts. The released singles failed to attract the music lovers.
Both the tunes of the released singles have been below par despite of some decent lyrics. Several audience have been left in shock after listening to the songs as Gopi Sundar composed the year’s best tune ‘Inkem Inkem Kavale’ for Geetha Govindam. Music lovers have been comparing the songs of Geetha Govindam, Shailaja Redddy Alludu and the singles of the latter failed to attract the audience. We have to wait to see if the rest of the songs impress the audience and make Gopi Sundar back the happening music composer of Telugu cinema. Pressure is completely on Shailaja Reddy Alludu.
