Vijay Devarakonda’s Geetha Govindham is unstoppable at US box office. After embarking on a phenomenal start with $ 400K on Tuesday premiers, the film is having a dream run in its first weekend.

After blazing past the million dollar mark with a solid Friday, the film had a sensational Saturday at box office with $ 330K to take the total past $ 1.3 Million mark. Going by the current trend, the film is poised to complete the weekend on a high with a $ 1.5 Million haul and head towards the prestigious $ 2M mark by the end of next weekend.

Vijay’s career highest grossing film Arjun Reddy collected $ 1.7 M in overseas. Geetha Govindham is all set to overtake Arjun Reddy by mid next week. Vijay has now got three million dollar films and will soon join the elite group of star heroes with $ 2M grossers.

Despite a wafer thin storyline, the film managed to get thumbs up from audience for its entertaining elements and impeccable performances by lead pair. Parasuram is the director and Bunny Vas produced the film.
