TDP senior leader and former minister Somireddy Chandramohan Reddy on Saturday alleged that Andhra Pradesh was being destroyed by chief minister Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy with his misrule. He alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy was destroying the state with his J brands in liquor in the state.
Speaking in Nellore, Chandramohan Reddy said that Jagan Mohan Reddy had come to power by promising total prohibition. He said that Jagan had promised to go to the people seeking votes only after implementing the total prohibition. He wondered where had that promise gone now?
The TDP former minister said that Jagan Mohan Reddy was supplying all J brands of liquor to the people. He said that the government was selling cheap liquor at the cost of the health of the people. He also alleged that the people were falling sick and losing their health.
The former minister also alleged that several banks have blocklisted Andhra Pradesh. No bank was giving loans to the state, he said. The banks were running away from Andhra Pradesh whenever the state government asked them for loans, he said.
Chandramohan Reddy also alleged that Jagan Mohan Reddy had taken the state back several decades with his misrule. People in the state were not happy with him and were waiting for the elections to send him home, he said.
The TDP leader made an appeal to the people to get ready to send Jagna Mohan Reddy to home in the elections. He wanted the people to ensure that Jagan faces humiliating defeat in the coming elections. He said that people of all sections were looking forward to the elections to bring the TDP back to power.
