Young Tiger NTR’s upcoming actioner Janatha Garage is one film which is inviting a lot of attention ever since it was announced. The craze for the Koratala – NTR combo is such staggering that the business for the film in many areas was closed even before the start of its regular shooting. The makers are planning to release the film in Telugu , Tamil and Malayalam simultaneously. The Malayalam rights were sold for a record price.
Now, Janatha Garage is creating a huge buzz in Tamil trade circles as well. Telugu360 has exclusively learnt that a renowned distribution house has offered 10 Crores for the Tamil rights of the film. This is a striking offer for Mythri Movie Makers considering the fact that the highest price paid for a NTR film in Tamil till now is 4 Crores. The deal is likely to be closed for 10 Crores very soon.
Recently, the unit shot some crucial scenes in Chennai and huge crowds visited the sets to take a glimpse of the NTR. The team is very happy with the output so far and us confident of the film’s success. Samantha and Nitya Menon are the female leads. The movie is slated to hit the screens on August 12.
