Kalyan Krishna Kurasala made an impressive debut with Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana and the movie went to end up as the biggest hit in the actor’s career. Impressed with his work, Nag inked a three film deal with Kalyan Krishna even before the release of Soggade Chinni Nayana. In this process, he teamed up with Naga Chaitanya for Rarandoi Veduka Chuddam which ended up as a decent box-office grosser.
The ace director impressed Ravi Teja with a script which did not go well with the Akkinenis. The movie has been scheduled to be launched today officially but has been pushed to an unknown date because of Nag. Chaitanya and Akhil too opposed the project and the Akkinenis wanted the young director to complete the third project on Annapurna Studios as per their promise. They even wanted the things to be kept under wraps and Kalyan Krishna is left puzzled about his next project.
There are speculations that Nag was not impressed with a script narrated by Kalyan Krishna after which he narrated it to Ravi Teja.
