Legendary actor Kamal Haasan and legendary filmmaker Mani Ratnam decided to work together and an announcement was out long ago. Marking the birthday of Kamal, the team released an announcement video along with the title. Leaving everyone in surprise, Kamal Haasan is seen performing martial arts in a high voltage action episode that is technically brilliant in making. The biggest surprise is the title of the film. The movie is titled Thug Life which is not a regular Mani Ratnam’s film title.
Kamal Haasan is also presented in a never seen avatar in a different set of costumes. The shoot of Thug Life commences soon and Jayam Ravi, Dulquer Salman and Trisha will be playing other important roles. Kamal Haasan, Mani Ratnam along with Red Giant Films will produce this big-budget actioner and AR Rahman is on board to score the music. The film releases next year. Kamal Haasan is all set to resume the shoot of Indian 2 soon and the shoot concludes this year.
