As Majnu shoot is going on uninterruptedly, two more characters find place in the film. Naga Chaitanya is reprising Nivin Pauly’s role in the remake of Premam. Anupama Parameswaran plays her part and Sruthi Hassan and Regina Cassandra have been roped in for the successive roles. The two characters who are playing Naga Chaitanya’s friends are Krishna Chaitanya and Karthik Adusumilli, the latter is the late character artiste Ahuti Prasad’s son. Krishna Chaitanya, had played a lead role earlier in Kalicharan. Jogi Brothers are doing the peon and tea stall owner respectively. Majnu is being directed by Chandoo Mondeti who’s done Karthikeya and is produced by Vamsi.
