Naga Chaitanya’s family entertainer Shailaja Reddy Alludu released all over on Vinayaka Chaviti. As the film has successful director Maruthi at the helm, the advance bookings are quite solid in all areas. While domestic openings are expected to be very strong, the overseas premiers fetched career best for Naga Chaitanya.
As per the latest trade updates, Shailaja Reddy Alludu notched up $ 100K from its overseas premiers, which is a good number considering Chaitu’s market there. The film needs to perform very well in the first weekend for the buyers to be the safe zone. The early reports are so – so and it remains to be seen how well overseas audience embrace the family drama.
Ramya Krishna and Anu Emanuel played other prominent roles in the film. Sithara Entertainments banner produced it and Gopi Sundar rendered the soundtrack.
