Akkineni Nagarjuna’s much awaited bilingual film Oopiri is in the last leg of its shoot. According to the latest update, the film will hit the screens worldwide on March 25th. The film was initially supposed to release in February, but the makers have decided to release it in Summer. Nagarjuna is playing the role of a quadriplegic patient in the film.
Vamsi Paidipalli is directing the film and Prasad V Potluri is bankrolling it. Karthi and Tamannaah are essaying important roles in the film which also features Adivi Sesh and Anushka in cameo roles. Malayalam music composer Gopi Sundar is scoring the soundtrack for the film. Oopiri is touted to be inspired by the French film ‘The Intouchables’.
