Talented actress Nayantara struggled during her initial days however she made a decent path and emerged as the top actress in South Indian cinema. Though it is a surprise, the actress made her debut in 2003 and she has been dominating Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam cinema from the past few years. Her controversies could not make much impact on her professional life.
She has been in huge demand after she made her comeback recently. The actress even hiked her remuneration and is the highest paid South Indian actress currently. However the actress has been double happy as she received two awards at the prestigious SIIMA Awards event that took place last night. The actress has been felicitated with the Best Actress (Tamil) for the film Nanum Rowdy Than directed by her rumoured boyfriend Vignesh Shivan.
Nayan also grabbed the Best Actress (Malayalam) award for the film Bhaskara the Rascal starring Mammotty in the lead role. The actress has been quite delighted for the double treat at SIIMA.
The actress is currently busy with the shoot of Venkatesh’s upcoming movie Babu Bangaram which has been slated for release on July 29th. Maruthi is directing the movie and Sithara Entertainments is bankrolling the project. Babu Bangaram marks her comeback to Telugu after a decent gap.
