PVP Cinema is one of the most sought after production houses in South at present. Owned by noted entrepreneur Prasad V Potluri, the popular production unit is churning out sensible and off kilter films from the past couple of years. They are aiming to make this year count with some high profile projects under their production.
They has had a terrific year so far with films like Bangalore Natakal and Kshanam scoring solid success at the box office. Kshanam, which was made with a shoestring budget, is already one of the top grossing films of the season. The impressive content and narration helped the film collect solid numbers in all areas.
Continuing its purple patch, PVP scored one more hit in the form of Nagarjuna’s Oopiri which released a couple of days ago. The production house has been bagging accolades from all avenues for bringing a path breaking film in Tollywood. Oopiri took a grand opening at the box office and is faring superbly in all areas.
It is only gets bigger for PVP with Mahesh Babu’s upcoming family entertainer ,Brahmotsavam, and Rana’s period drama ,Ghaji, gearing up for release later this year. It looks like they are making it big in 2016 by covering an array of films made with low and high budget.
