Superstar Rajinikanth created huge buzz with his last outing Kabali and the movie ended up as a decent box-office grosser. The actor moved to USA because of his health issues and he returned back to the country after two months. Trashing all the rumours regarding his health, Rajinikanth started shooting for his next movie titled Robo 2.0 which is in final stages of shoot. Shankar is directing the movie which is said to be the sequel for Robo. Amy Jackson is the female lead and Akshay Kumar is the lead antagonist in the film.
As per the latest update, Superstar once again flew to USA and he will stay there for a period of two weeks. Sources revealed that the actor has been absolutely fine and he has been to USA for random health checkup. Rajinis family members kept the details of the trip under wraps and Rajini will return back to the country by the end of this month. He recently wrapped up the shoot of a song in Ukraine and he will wrap up the rest of the shoot for Robo 2.0 in November. Produced by Lyca Productions, the movie will release during the second half of 2017.
