Former star heroine Shruti Haasan moved away from films when everything is happening for her in the right direction. After almost industry people forgot her, she’s back again. Rumour has that she broke up with her boyfriend Michael Corsale, and hence in search of opportunities again.
Recently she is heard commenting that people spoke about her excessive weight and that secret marriage, which has hurt her big time. And all these comments look like she wants to be that newsmaker right now, such that offers will fly her way. But what happened to Shruti Haasan’s consultations with Telugu film celebs?
A month ago, Shruti has flown to Hyderabad to meet some directors, producers and some heroes. She’s said to have met the likes of Allu Arjun and Raviteja as well, in a bid to grab their upcoming projects. But Allu Arjun is seen promoting Nivetha Pethuraj for Icon movie, and Raashi Khanna is also likely to join that film, so a chance for Shruti is ruled out. In his film with Sukumar, already Rashmika Mandanna is aboard.
At the same time, Raviteja has no clarity about his ongoing project Disco Raja which already has three heroines, so there is no scope to bring Shruti Haasan aboard. A leading producer is said to have got shocked by Shruti’s demand of more than a crore when he offered her a small film, and that is another reason why she’s not getting offers here.
