It has been pouring season for short films and many young and aspiring filmmakers have been showcasing their talent through short films after which they have been impressing filmmakers for an opportunity. Many shortfilm makers turned down as directors in the recent times and scored massive hits. Pelli Choopulu director Tarun Bhacker is the best example in the recent times. Now considering this, a hunt for aspiring filmmakers is on and the event has been titled Telugu Short Film Festival.
The team has been lead by talented director Sukumar who ventured recently into production and produced couple of concept based films. Top distributor and producer Abhishek who owns Abhishek Pictures too joined hands for this prestigious Telugu Short Film Festival. Any aspiring youngster can send a short film which is not less than 20 minutes. The 20 best short films will be screened in PRASADS multiplex. The best short film director will get a chance to direct a film for Abhishek Pictures. The entries will be open from August 20th till September 15th.
