Talented actor Suriya has been riding high with blockbusters from the Singam franchise. He is back with the third installment of the franchise titled Singam 3 which released last weekend and is raking decent figures all over. The movie received mixed response but it managed to hold well over the weekend. Hari directed the movie and Anushka, Shruti Haasan essayed the female leads. Suriya and the film’s director Hari graced the success meet of the film recently in Hyderabad and speaking on the occasion, Suriya hinted about the sequel.
The actor said “My father rarely hugs me. After watching Singam 3, he was delighted that he gave me a hug. That speaks it all. We are in plans for the next installment but it will take place only after five years. I have been focused on many other films during this gap and I already informed Hari about the next part”. Suriya is currently busy shooting for his next in the direction of Vignesh Shivan in Chennai.
