Akkineni Akhil’s debut film ‘Akhil’ is one of the highly anticipated films this year. Expectations are mounting as the film’s shoot is nearing completion. On the eve of Nagarjuna’s birthday on August 29th, the makers have released the film’s first look teaser. This teaser, which showcases Akhil’s mesmerizing energy levels and his ease while performing stunt sequences, has been grabing the eyeballs of the audience.

The viewers count who have watched the trailer in YouTube has surpassed the 5 lakh mark in less than 24 hours, which reflects the craze for this film in the audience. This is in fact a huge record for any debut hero. VV Vinayak is directing the film and Sayyesha Saigal is playing Akhil’s romantic interest. Actor Nithin is producing the film and young composers Anoop Rubens and SS Thaman are giving tunes for the film. The film is gearing up to hit the screens in October.
