    0

There have been several complaints about actresses keeping the movie unit and media wait during the audio events and press meets. The entire media kept waiting for the arrival of Kajal and she turned down at 11.45 AM.

The Same Commercial Routine- Kavacham Audio Review

    0

Kavacham is an upcoming action entertainer starring Bellamkonda Srinivas, Kajal Aggarwal and Mehreen Pirzada in lead roles. The music is composed by high voltage S.S.Thaman and directed by Srinivas Mamilla.

The album begins with a typical introduction number Naa Aduge Padithe sung by the brilliant Raghu Dixit. Chandrabose gives trendy lyrics which suit the young listener’s ideas and the rhythm section as usual stands out unique. The hip-hop flavor of the song is quite evident throughout the progress and Thaman’s trademark usage of strings and strong percussions are heard.

Tu Hi Mera is a trance like solo by Rahul Nambiar which brings out a pleasant feeling. The slow rhythms are quite impactful which gives it an ideal road song. Rama Jogayya Sastry’s lyrics infuse a tinge of conversational Hindi as well to give it a modern touch. The interludes are heavily reliant on percussions and fits the bill properly.

A feel good solo Dilhara Tumhara sung by Srinidhi arrives next. She gives a breathtaking rendition with her sweet vocals and perfect Telugu diction. Composed in the auspicious raaga Madhyamavati, the song proves yet again that Thaman can give classical based melodies. Sri Mani’s lyrics have good usage Telugu terms which ooze out poetry and sublimity. The entire song has a groovy feel to it which is quite appealing to hear.

Vastava Pilla is a regular romantic duet which has Thaman’s trademark rhythm section. The strings are quite beautiful to hear with timely riffs. In terms of the composition, the song has nothing new to offer as it just confines to the commercial makings. The interludes sustain the energy levels with clean grooves.

The finale takes a retro twist with Nalugu Pedavulu having 80s loop beats which take the front seat well. The newcomer Hanuman is rightfully accompanied by Aditi Bhavaraju. The song has great usage of guitar in the interlude which makes its presence felt in the heavy sounding rhythm.

    Verdict:

Kavacham is a passable album from Thaman which just gives what its expected of it. There is not much novelty or experimentation in this regard.

Our Picks: Tu Hi Mera, Vastava Pilla

Kavacham trailer : Typical Cop drama

    Kavacham trailer

The theatrical trailer of Bellamkonda Srinivas’ upcoming film Kavacham has been unveiled this Sunday and it promises a typical cop drama with loads of action.

The theatrical trailer is an extension of the power packed teaser. Srinivas is playing a fiery cop who is on a task to accomplish a mission. He mouths powerful dialogues and carries good energy levels. Neil Nithin Mukesh and Harish Uttam are essaying negative roles in this film. Kajal Aggarwal and Mehreen Pirzada will add glamour to this actioner. The production values are adequate as the technical team has big names like SS Thaman and Chota K Naidu.

On the whole, Kavacham is going to be a full length cop thriller with a lot of action and drama. Whether the director can make this an engaging watch with his racy narration is going to be the deciding factor for the film.

Directed by Srinivas Mamila, Kavacham is gearing up for release on December 7th. Vamsadhara Creations is bankrolling the film.

Kajal embarrassed with Chota K Naidu’s vulgar acts

Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas, Kajal Agarwal and Mehreen are playing the lead roles in Kavacham and the teaser release event took place today in Daspalla, Hyderabad. The film’s cinematographer Chota K Naidu surprised and shocked everyone with his vulgar acts on stage. He was involved in a kissing act and Kajal was left in shock with his behavior. He caught Kajal and kissed her on stage.

With nothing much to do, Kajal recovered back and called him family. While several actors and technicians feeling uncomfortable to hug their fellow actors and movie unit in public, Chota K Naidu was extremely comfortable and took the opportunity to kiss Kajal in front of the movie unit, audience and the media. He blamed Thaman for the incident saying “Thaman said we can’t kiss her”. Chota supported himself replying “Why we can’t?”. Sai Sreenivas and Mehreen were left surprised standing on stage.

The incident was not accidental and was clearly a planned one. Kajal was left embarrassed with the total incident but preferred not to react much in public. Chota K Naidu is not new to such acts and he landed into controversies in the past for such behavior in public.
