Rajamouli’s father and protege team up with Lawrence
SS Rajamouli’s father and popular writer Vijayendra Prasad is well known for penning sensible scripts to other directors projects as well. After Baahubali franchise, he penned stories for Vijay’s Mersal and Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika.
According to the fresh update, the ace story writer is going to team up with Rajamouli’s long time associate director Mahadev for an interesting bilingual project which will have Raghava Lawrence in the lead role. To be made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil on a strong budget, the film will have its dialogues written by talented Tamil lyricist Madan Karky.
The regular shooting will commence from April this year. Cameo Films banner will pool resources for the film.
Bigg boss actress in Lawrence’s Kanchana-3 movie
Lawrence who turned director from choreographer has been successful in directing horror comedy movies. His movies Muni, Kanchana, Ganga were commercially successful. Now he is planning his next in this series and currently this movie is called – Muni4 and Kanchana3 alterately.
Bigg boss actress we are talking here is not from Telugu Bigg boss but Tamil Bigg boss. Lawrence has roped in actress Oviya, who shot to fame through Bigg Boss show in Tamil. Though she was not a title winner she got tremendous fame and in social media her fans formed a group called Ovia’s army. Until her eviction from the house, she was actualy the main contender for the Bigg boss title. Now she started taking up movie offers. Reportedly, 50 per cent of the shoot is completed for Lawrence movie. Oviya’s name is unknown to Telugu people till now but as all Lawrence movies this will also be dubbed into Telugu and probably she may get some recognition in Telugu too with this movie.
Vinayak and Boyapati launch young hero’s next
Young actor Bellamkonda Srinivas is in search for a big break after his first two films failed to deliver the desired results at the box office. He has recently wrapped up the shooting formalities of his upcoming film in Boyapati Srinu’s direction.
Earlier today, the formal launch of Srinivas’ new film took place in Hyderabad. Star directors VV Vinayak and Boyapati Srinu graced the event as chief guests. Director Sriwaas, whose last film was Balakrishna’s Lion, is calling shots for this film which is tipped to be a full length action drama.
Meghana Arts Banner is producing the film. The cast and crew of the film will be announced shortly.

Lawrence’s Sivalinga has collected a distributor share of by the end of its 1st week in Telugu state. After a decent opening weekend the film hasn’t sustained enough on weekdays. Theatrical rights of the film are valued for more than 8cr including expenses .
