Long back, there were reports that Anushka will be seen in a woman oriented film in which she plays Bhagmathi – the wife of Muslim sultan Quli Qutub Shah. The project was supposed to be bankrolled by Dil Raju,but was put on the back burner due to unknown reasons.
According to the latest update, UV Creations has decided to revive the plans of making this interesting project materialize. A close source to the production house revealed that after Dil Raju backed out from the project due to various reasons, UV Creations has come forward to fund this lady oriented flick.
Pilla Zamindhar fame Ashok will wield the megaphone for this film. He has been working on the script from a long time and will commence the pre production once everything is finalized. The regular shooting will commence once Anushka is done with Baahubali 2 and Suriya’s S3.
