Star hero Victory Venkatesh bagged brownie points for his intense performance in Sudha Kongara’s sports drama, Guru. The film notched up decent revenues in A centres. It will remain a special film in Venky’s career.
It was almost three months since Venkatesh wrapped up Guru, but he is yet to lock director for his next project. He was supposed to team up with Kishore Tirumala for a family entertainer, but the film was shelved due to unknown reasons. Later, there were reports that he will work with Krish for an interesting project. That project too didn’t took off beyond discussion stages .
Recently, there were rumours that he will join hands with Puri Jagannadh. But, there was no official word on this combination. Sources close to Venkatesh say that he is yet to lock the director for his next project. It is learnt that he heard many scripts in the last few months, but wasn’t totally convinced with any of them. So, he is taking his own time to finalize his next project.
