Suresh Babu is one of the top producers of Telugu cinema. He is known to have 90% success rate and he is busy with Venky Mama that features Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya in the lead roles. There has been huge suspense over the release date of the project. Though several dates are being speculated, Suresh Babu is yet to take the final call on the film. The entire shoot of Venky Mama got wrapped up last evening and the post-production work is happening on a fast pace.
The first factor that is worrying Suresh Babu is the film’s budget. Though the film was planned on a decent budget, it mounted up due to various reasons. The number of working days too took a toll and the final budget reached Rs 45 crores. Hence, Suresh Babu is in look for a solo and comfortable release date for the project which is not working. Venky Mama should perform exceptional to recover the investments.
At one time, Suresh Babu wanted to sell off the project instead of releasing on his own. But the received quotes are low. Hence, Suresh Babu is in plans to release the film covering the Christmas season. He would watch the final copy of Venky Mama this month and will take the final call on the release date.
