Young actor Dhanush pinned all his hopes on his next movie VIP 2 which marks the sequel for his blockbuster film VIP. The movie even raked huge figures across the Telugu speaking states and the actor wrapped up the shoot of VIP 2 recently. Soundarya Rajinikanth directed the movie and Amala Paul played the heroine in the film. Bollywood yesteryear actress Kajol played the negative lead in the movie and VIP has been slated for July 28th release in Telugu and Tamil languages.
There has been delay in the post-production work and with number of Telugu films lined up for release on July 28th, the makers decided to push the release of the movie. The movie will release in August and an official release date is awaited. Dhanush’s Wunderbar Films along with S Thanu’s V Creations jointly bankrolled the project. Sean Roldan composed the music and the film is yet to complete the censor formalities.
