Talented director Srinu Vaitla has been shattered with back to back debacles and he has all his hopes on Ravi Teja’s Amar Akbar Anthony. The film is in final stages of post-production and Ileana D’Cruz is the heroine. Though the film has been initially planned for October release, it has been pushed to November. Srinu Vaitla is keen on wrapping up the work and release it on November 16th but the makers are not ready to go with his decision.
One of the film’s producers Naveen Yerneni is in USA and he is expected to return back to India this weekend. The final call about the release date will be taken once he returns to India. Srinu Vaitla is expected to screen the film for Ravi Teja and the producers after which the final decision about the release date will be made. Srinu Vaitla is keen on having a November release for the film but he is not the decision maker. Ravi Teja is not in a mood to compromise and he wants to re shoot the episodes if he is not convinced with the final output.
Srinu Vaitla is a worried man and he is left sleepless about the release date of Amar Akbar Anthony. The film has been carrying low buzz because of the poor track record of Ravi Teja and Srinu Vaitla.
