Top producer Dil Raju acquired the remake rights of Tamil blockbuster 96 even before the film released. It took a while for the producer to lock the lead actors after a long hunt. Prem Kumar who directed the original is on board and Sharwanand, Samantha are picked up for the lead roles. The regular shoot is planned to commence from March but the latest news says that the film landed into new troubles.
All is not well between Dil Raju and Prem Kumar. Dil Raju suggested changes for the script but Prem Kumar is not ready to make them as he doesn’t wish to spoil the theme and the film’s flow. As promised he wishes to remake the film the same as the Tamil version. There are heated arguments for the film’s music composer too. We have to wait to see if the issues will be sorted at the earliest and if the shoot starts as per the plan.
