The security perspective for people in key positions, like Chief Ministers is normal and there are some guiding principles to meet such threats. In a routine way, depending upon the extent of security threat such prominent persons used to be provide armed escorts wherever they goes. At their residences and offices also deploys certain security personnel.
However, it is hardly one feels security threat with in their home. Telangana Chief Minister K chandrasekhar Rao has attracted international attention by equipping alarming level of security arrangements for his newly constructed palace-like official residence.
About 50 security personnel are being deployed for round-the clock vigilance with in the campus. Besides, bedrooms of both Chief Minister and his son KT Rama Rao, who is a minister, are equipped with bullet-proof materials. Interestingly, even their bathrooms were also bullet-proof.

Speaking at a programme in Warangal two days ago, he said it is normal practice to have `bullet-proof’ vehicles during travels, but having bullet-proof bed-rooms and bath-rooms may be introduced for the first time in the country.
