The action hero Vishal has made waves in South Indian Cinema with his impressive choice of scripts and lot of action sequences in his movies. He also has a production house named Vishal Film Factory in which he made some good films. But now, the actor is in legal trouble with Egmore court issuing a non-bailable arrest warrant quoting the reason of not remitting TDS taxes from his employees. This has been happening for five years and the Income Tax Department raided his production house back in 2017.
He was supposed to appear in magistrate court-II, Chennai but the actor hasn’t done it. His counsel was arguing that the actor has never received any summons regarding the case. Vishal was supposed to appear in court on July 24th but failing to do so, the non-bailable warrant was received. The case has been adjourned to August 28th and as it’s the weekend, the actor has to wait till Monday to get a stay order on this.
This is not the first time Vishal landed into controversies. When Vishal accused Sharath Kumar and few other actors for wrongly managing funds during the Nadigar Sangam elections, he was all over the news. Wonder how the actor would come out this latest trouble he is facing.
