Akkineni’s young scion Akhil Akkineni came with huge expectations during his debut movie titled Akhil and the movie bombed badly at the box-office. VV Vinayak directed the film and the whole Akkineni family has been left in shock with the result of the film. Akhil and Nag then decided not to take any risk about his second project and they revealed that they are not in a hurry. Akhil listened to number of scripts but none of them excited him. It was Hanu Raghavapudi who narrated an interesting script and an excited Akhil took twitter to reveal the news about his second film.
But the film has been shelved and Akhil walked out of the project due to undisclosed reasons. Akhil has been disappointed with the act and he recently signed a film in the direction of Vikram Kumar. He has been excited after listening to the script and the pre-production work of the film is currently under progress. Akhil has been maintaining the silence and he is no mood to reveal about the film till it starts rolling. Sources revealed that the film will start rolling from October and is said to be youthful entertainer. Annapurna Studios will produce the movie.
