Actor-cum-Politician Nandamuri Balakrishna has official given up on the dream to be Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh. The Hindupur MLA said that he will serve the Telugu Desham party as required and is not keen on adoring higher posts of being Chief Minister or Cabinet Minister. With his recent flicks doing good at box office, Balakrishna wants to concentrate on film.

Son of former Chief Minister Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao, Balakrishna witnessed a nasty confrontation between the rival factions in his constituency on Thursday. Due to his busy schedule trying to manage being an actor and politician, he is failing to give time to party cadre in Hindupur, further his increasing dependency on his Personal Assistant Veeraiah is creating internal rift. The actor intervened and brokered peace between the groups that are for and against his new PA.
