Tollywood audience are left thrilled after coming to know that Puri Jagannadh and Vijay Devarakonda are teaming up for a film. The pre-production work of the film is in the final stages and Puri Jagannadh already wrapped up the script formalities. There are several speculations that the film would be a pan Indian project and will be made on a huge budget. But the real news is that Puri has no such plans. The film which is tentatively titled Fighter will be made in Telugu as of now.
But Puri Jagannadh is in plans to rope a Bollywood beauty for the female lead’s role. Bollywood beauty Kiara Advani is being considered for the role. Vijay Devarakonda and Kiara did a commercial recently which thrilled Puri Jagannadh. If Kiara fails to come on to the board, Puri and his team will hunt for other options for the role. The film produced by Puri Jagannadh will release during summer 2020. Vijay Devarakonda essays the role of a boxer and he would be showcasing his ripped look in Fighter.
