Boyapati Srinu is now awaiting the release of his forthcoming film Jaya Janaki Nayaka, which is slated to hit the screens on August 11th. The action drama will face huge competition at the box office as it clashes with two other prominent releases Nene Raju Nene Mantri and LIE.
Due to Boyapati’s reputation and strong box office record, the film was sold for solid prices in all areas. As a three way clash would prove costly to the film, exhibitors have been putting huge pressure on producer to alter the release. The producer has almost decided to prepone the date. But, Boyapati Srinu is reluctant to change of date and wanted to release the film on August 11th at any cost.
Being a superstitious person, Boyapati desperately wanted a Friday release and shut down all speculations by reiterating that the film will release as scheduled.
