With Bollywood stars like Aamir Khan and Salman Khan conquering the Chinese box office and boosting the prospect of Indian films, South Indian Megastar Chiranjeevi is eyeing to explore the market there with his upcoming film SyeRaa Narasimha Reddy, a period film based on Indian freedom fighter Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy.
Chiranjeevi and team believes that the universal appeal in the script which glorifies the life Uyyalawada will help the film gain appreciation from international audience very well.
So, they are planning to release the film in China along with several other languages in India. Also, it is heard that the team is going to shoot for some crucial portions in China to get tax exemption during its release there.
Directed by Surender Reddy, SyeRaa boasts an ensemble cast in the form Amithab Bachchan, Kicha Sudeep, Vijay Sethupati and Nayanatara.
