Megastar Chiranjeevi, despite staying away from the arch lights for almost 9 years, is still ruling the roost with a solid fan base in the Telugu states. The matinee idol is staging a comeback of sorts with the upcoming action drama Khaidi No 150, which is the official remake of Tamil hit Kaththi. VV Vinayak is directing the film and Ram Charan’s home banner is bankrolling it on a grand scale
The first look posters from the film were unveiled to a thumping response today morning. Chiranjeevi, who is seen sporting a stylish look in both posters, looked to be back in his elements and gave fans a nostalgic feel taking them back to the past days when he dominated the film industry quite comfortably. The posters received unanimous response and the signature style of Chiranjeevi has become the talk of the town sending fans into frenzy. The shooting is nearing completion and the film is going to hit the screens for Sankranthi.
Kajal Aggarwal is the film’s leading lady and Devi Sri Prasad is scoring the soundtrack. Ratnavelu is cranking the camera.
