After making a sensational comeback with Khaidi No 150 earlier this year, Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to reprise the role of a freedom fighter in his next outing. Based on the story of Uyyalawada Narasimha Reddy, the film will be helmed by Surender Reddy.
The biopic was supposed to commence in April. But, the final draft is yet to be locked. Surender Reddy and his team are looking for a writer who could give the dialogue version for their script. This is said to be the main reason for the delay in the film’s launch.
It is now learnt that the film will roll out in mid June and the regular shooting will proceed till the end of this year. The makers are in plans for a Sankranthi release.
SS Thaman has just commenced composing tunes for the film. Ram Charan will pool resources for this project.
