Superstar Rajinikanth and top director AR Murugadoss are joining hands for the first time for a mass entertainer titled Darbar. The trailer of the film is out today and it is packed with action. Rajinikanth plays Aditya Arunachalam, a fearless and ruthless cop. He is presented in the most stylish way in the trailer. AR Murugadoss who prefers to direct social dramas relied on a simple action cop drama with Darbar.
Rajinikanth saying ‘I am a bad cop’ will sure leave his fans thrilled. He looks super fit and perfect in the role of the cop. Nayanthara is the leading lady and Suniel Shetty is the lead antagonist. Most of the film has been shot in Mumbai and Chennai. The film will release on January 9th in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages. Lyca Productions bankrolled Darbar.
