YSR’s biopic titled Yatra has been turning bigger day by day with the addition of new cast. Malayalam Superstar Mammootty is reprising the role of the legendary politician YSR in the movie. Tamil actor Suriya has been in talks to play YS Jagan in the film but the actor recently clarified that he would not make it for the film due to his packed schedules. If the latest reports are to be believed, Karthi has been roped in to play YS Jagan in Yatra.
Karthi will play YS Jagan in Yatra and an official announcement is expected soon. Though the role is crisp, Karthi will have a prominent role in the film. Mahi V Raghav is the director of Yatra and 70mm Entertainments are bankrolling Yatra which has been slated for Sankranthi 2019 release.
