Mahesh Babu and star Tamil director Murugadoss are teaming up for a new action entertainer that will come out in 2017 summer. The film was initially allotted a 110 Crore budget and a lot of expectations are riding on the project.
But according to the latest news being heard, the budget of this film has been revised downwards. The failure of Brahmotsavam has caused a little strain on Mahesh Babu’s brand image at the Box Office. As a result, 110 Crore budgets no longer provide a safe haven for the production house. Estimates suggest that at least 10 – 15 % of the initial budget will be slashed.
Shooting is expected to begin in July.
