There are close to a dozen Mega heroes in Telugu cinema and the actors maintain a healthy gap between the release of their films. But for the first time, four Mega heroes are testing their luck in Tollywood in just a month which never happened in the past. The season starts with Allu Arjun’s Pushpa which is gearing up for a pan-Indian release on December 17th. Soon, Mega Prince Varun Tej’s boxing drama Ghani is gearing up for December 24th release during the Christmas season.
The country’s biggest motion picture RRR that features Ram Charan and NTR in the lead roles will release in over 10,000 screens across the globe on January 7th, 2022. This happens to be the most awaited film for the Indian audience and it is directed by SS Rajamouli. Pawan Kalyan’s action entertainer Bheemla Nayak is announced for January 12th, 2022 release. This is a huge surprise as Bheemla Nayak is heading for a release just 5 days after RRR’s release. On the whole, four Mega films are hitting the screens in a month and this would be a treat for Mega fans and Tollywood audience.
Balakrishna’s Akhanda, Nani’s Shyam Singha Roy and Prabhas’ Radhe Shyam are the other prominent releases during the season in Telugu.
