With the sudden demise of Dil Raju’s wife Smt. Anitha, the makers decided to skip the grand audio launch of Cheliya which has been planned initially on March 21st. Dil Raju is presenting this love saga directed by veteran director Mani Ratnam. The movie has been titled Kaatru Veliyidai and is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages. Karthi and Aditi Rao Hydari played the lead roles in the movie and the teaser, released singles caught the attention of the audience.
Kaatru Veliyidai audio will be launched in a grand manner on March 20th and the Telugu audio will be released directly into the market on March 21st. Kaatru Veliyidai recently completed all the censor formalities and it has been given a clean U certificate. Mani Ratnam’s Madras Talkies bankrolled the movie which has been shot mostly in Ooty and Kashmir. Dil Raju will be releasing Cheliya and the movie has been slated for April 7th release worldwide.
